Sessions are December 9, 2016 between 9 am and 4 pm 

We will have the full studio set up at The Clean Energy Technology Center, Drayton Valley

Please plan on being ready at the location 10 min prior to your booking time

PORTRAIT AGREEMENT & MODEL RELEASE:

I have read and agree to the following statement: I commission Carmen Williams and Mélanie Eckel, the photographer, to photograph myself. I hereby grant Carmen Williams and Mélanie Eckel and her legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of myself or in which photos , will be included for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner or medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. I hereby release Carmen Williams and Mélanie Eckel and her legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs

As a client of Carmen Williams and Mélanie Eckel, I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by Carmen Williams and Mélanie Eckel, PHOTOGRAPHER;  are protected by Federal Copyright Laws. I understand it is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without the PHOTOGRAPHER's permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. A WEB PRINT RELEASE is supplied with the purchase of my session digital files to print your portraits for your own use. The print release does not allow publication of your portraits (i.e. entering in contests), selling or altering your images without the PHOTOGRAPHER's permission.  I agree to honor the copyright laws as stated in this agreement.
